Introducing PlayCV Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy
Starting January 1st, 2024, we're thrilled to implement the PlayCV Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy. This initiative is a testament to our commitment to fostering a healthy work-life balance for our team. The PTO policy allows team members to accrue up to 5 calendar days based on hours worked, offering flexibility for personal and family needs. We're also making this transition smoother by retroactively counting hours worked in 2023. This way, our team can start benefiting from this policy without delay.
Solidifying the 2024 Holiday Calendar
To further support our team's planning and work-life balance, we've established a clear 2024 Holiday Calendar. This calendar outlines the days when our sites and offices will be closed, allowing our team to anticipate and enjoy well-deserved breaks. While regular pay is not provided for these days, team members can utilize their accrued PTO to ensure a continuous income stream during these closures.
Launching a Retirement Saving Plan (401K)
In an exciting step towards long-term financial security, we're introducing a 401K plan. The 401K plan offers our team members a valuable tool for financial planning. By allowing pre-tax contributions, this plan provides a streamlined way to save for retirement, reducing taxable income now while investing in future stability.
