Osorio Training Center will facilitate Self Defense/Boxing and Conditioning sessions as part of the Play CV After School program at Canyon Middle schools. The sessions will help students develop athletic skills and expose them to healthy choices and behaviors. This is a no-contact, conditioning and technique-only class.
