Speech & Debate

The speech and debate camp for elementary students is a wonderful opportunity to develop essential skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.�In this camp; students will learn the art of persuasion through analyzing persuasive writing techniques; engaging in mini-debates; and speaking presentations. The camp�s emphasis will be on research skills and effective communication techniques. Learners will gain self-confidence and leadership skills while practicing their public speaking and debate/argumentation skills using real-world and current event topics at this beginner level.
