Week 2: Badminton Fundamentals: "Badminton Fundamentals" sports workshop introduces the sport of badminton through a hands-on, dynamic learning experience. Our trained coaches will dive deep into essential badminton skills such as racket grips, footwork, and strategies. Participants will engage in an array of fun-filled activities and games that both instill the fundamental skills but also finesse their technique in executing Clear, Drop, Drive, and Smash shots. Our program promises an engaging journey into the sport, making every session a fun blend of learning, fitness and play. Rackets and shuttles will be provided on loan but campers are welcome to bring their own.
