An Entrepreneurial Mindset

An entrepreneurial mindset does not necessarily mean that one needs to start a business or be successful at it. In fact; the workplace itself is changing so fast these days and every participant in the workforce needs to have an entrepreneurial mindset. Hard work; adaptability; leadership by example; ability to take calculated risks; etc. are several characteristics that constitute an entrepreneurial mindset. The interesting part is that these skills are helpful for success at any stage or in any walk of life. This class will provide an opportunity for students to demonstrate and learn these skills through examples; case studies; and team exercises. Students will summarize their learning in a final class presentation.
