Las actividades diarias incluyen juegos al aire libre, análisis de huellas digitales, dĂas especiales de juegos con agua, escritura con tinta invisible, juegos en grupo, STEM y arte con temática del misterio, y mucho más.
About Dual Language Immersion (DLI)
‍These special summer camps are designed to support and build on the Spanish Dual Language Immersion (DLI) program offered during the school year at Vannoy Elementary. Just like in our regular camps, students will explore fun weekly themes through hands-on activities, games, and projects—but in these camps, everything is taught in Spanish by bilingual instructors! The goal is to help students grow their Spanish skills while having a blast—whether they speak Spanish at home or are learning it as a second language. It's a great way for kids to become confident in both English and Spanish, while gaining a deeper appreciation for different cultures.
Ready for a week filled with twists, turns, and thrilling surprises? Things aren’t always as they seem, and campers hold the key to cracking the mystery! Uncover hidden clues, solve puzzles, and tackle riddles scattered throughout the camp day. Together, we'll unravel the camp’s biggest mystery through teamwork, clever thinking, and a whole lot of laughs.
Daily activities include a variety of outdoor activities, analyzing fingerprint patterns, designated water play days, writing with invisible ink, group games, theme-related STEM, Art, and more!
