Creative Writing

Discover the power of creative expression and composition in this engaging workshop! This camp will focus on exploring the writer’s voice, understanding select literary terms, reading aloud, and engaging in creative prompts designed to spark the imagination. Students will practice sharing their writing and work on bringing their stories to life. Whether fiction, personal narratives, or poetry, students will have the opportunity to try various writing styles and genres. By the end of the workshop, students will have created their own original pieces, collected in notebooks they will take home at the end of the week. We’ll see you there!
