At Eco Explorers Camp, kids discover the power of imagination and innovation while learning how to care for our planet! Designed for curious minds and creative hands, this eco-friendly camp combines art and STEM to teach campers how small actions can make a big difference. Each day, campers will transform excess or recycled materials into art masterpieces. At the end of camp, every participant will have created their own portfolio of sustainable art and inventions, proof that creativity and environmental care can go hand-in-hand! Enrichment Class: Slime & Tinkering: Campers will make fun slimes and foster critical thinking, creativity and resourcefulness tinkering with excess materials and loose parts. There will be a one hour slime or tinkering activity in both the AM camp and PM camp. All day campers will make one slime and complete one tinkering challenge each day. Half day campers will do one slime or tinkering activity per day. All the fun and all the mess that the kids love, but not at your house!
The daily schedule includes theme-related STEM challenges, arts & crafts, sensory play, group games, outdoor activities, designated water play days (weather permitting), and more!
