At Eco Explorers Camp, kids discover the power of imagination and innovation while learning how to care for our planet! Designed for curious minds and creative hands, this eco-friendly camp combines art and STEM with a hands-on experience that shows campers how small actions can make a big difference. Each day, campers dive into exciting projects by transforming recycled materials into one-of-a-kind art masterpieces. At the end of camp, every participant will have created their own portfolio of sustainable art and inventions, proof that creativity and environmental care can go hand-in-hand! Enrichment Classes: There will be a 45min Kinder Movement or Lego Build and Play enrichment class in both the AM camp and PM camp Monday - Thursday.
Kinder Movement: During Kinder Movement, campers will learn coordination, balance, and confidence through age-appropriate games, music, and activities. Campers will learn exciting games and navigate through obstacle courses. This high energy class will help Kinders express themselves and stay active with their friends.
Lego Build and Play: For our hands-on Lego Class, campers will be presented with fun and challenging building scenarios, encouraging them to work both independently and collaboratively. They’ll learn new games and even get creative with some Lego themed art. Activities will help them to follow directions, make a plan, and be creative while also fostering early STEM skills.
Daily activities include a variety of outdoor activities, sensory play, designated water play days (weather permitting), group games, theme-related STEM, Art, and more!
