Justin Kemp

Associate Director

Justin is a proud family man, first and foremost. He has held multiple roles within the construction and building materials industry, including accounting, service, operations, sales, and management. Admittedly, a career in the construction industry was not his intention, but the result allowed him to enjoy his love and knack for continuous improvement and for chasing efficiency. Justin and his family have been Castro Valley residents for a relatively short time, a little more than 5 years. But, in that time, they have been lucky enough to find and join a wonderful and supportive community. Justin has been a board member of the Stanton Parents Association for the past 3 years, first serving as Treasurer and now currently as President. Justin has volunteered with CASA of Silicon Valley for the past 6 years. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is an organization whose mission is to provide advocates for youth in the foster system. Also, he currently serves as an alternate on the Measure G Bond Oversight Committee. Justin enjoys (in his remaining free-time) volunteering and working at local campaigns, such as the campaign for Measure I in 2019, and at local sci-fi and fan conventions, large and small.
